■Shipping Fees

The standard domestic shipping fee is 300 yen (tax included).

For Cozy Milk 3-packs and 15-packs, the shipping fee is 600 yen (tax included).

For Premium Wet Food and Treats, the shipping fee is 300 yen (tax included) for up to 6 bags, and 600 yen (tax included) for 7 bags or more.

For Jerky, the shipping fee is 300 yen (tax included) for up to 3 bags, and 600 yen (tax included) for 4 bags or more.

International shipping fees are as follows:

・Asia: 3,500 yen

・Oceania: 3,700 yen

・North America: 3,500 yen

・Central and South America: 5,400 yen

・Europe: 3,000 yen

・Middle East: 3,200 yen

・Africa: 4,400 yen

* Shipping fees apply even for the “Otokute Otsukuri” (subscription) service for international orders.

* We are unable to ship products containing meat to international destinations.

■ Special Terms Regarding Returns

As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

As an exception, we will accept exchanges or returns only if the item received differs from your order or is defective, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

■Delivery Timeframe for Services or Products

For standard shipping, we will deliver your order within 1 to 14 business days from the date of your order.
