■ Regarding shipping of ordered products

The closing days for our logistics centers are as follows. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding that we will not be able to ship products during the period below.

Closed: August 12 (Wednesday) 12:00 PM - August 16 (Sunday)

Products ordered after 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 12, will be shipped sequentially starting Monday, August 17.

*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to road congestion and other delivery circumstances.

■ Regarding inquiry support

We will be closed from August 13 (Thursday) to August 16 (Sunday).

Inquiries received during the above period will be answered sequentially starting Monday, August 17.
