■Regarding the Delivery of Your Ordered Products
The logistics center will be closed on the following dates. We sincerely apologize, but we will be unable to ship products during the period listed below. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Closed: December 27th (Fri) - January 5th (Sun)
For orders placed after December 27th (Friday), we will begin shipping them sequentially from January 6th (Monday).
*Please note that logistics are expected to be very congested from Friday, December 20th onwards, so please place your orders with sufficient time to spare.
*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to traffic congestion or other delivery circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
■ Regarding Inquiry Response
We will be closed from Saturday, December 28th to Sunday, January 5th.
We will respond to inquiries received during the above period sequentially starting from Monday, January 6th.
