Regarding shipping and inquiries during the Golden Week period, please check the following:
■ Regarding delivery of ordered items
Our logistics centers will be operating as usual, so products ordered before, during or after Golden Week will be delivered as usual.
*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to road congestion or other delivery circumstances.
■ Regarding inquiries
We will be closed from Saturday, April 27th to Monday, April 29th, and from Friday, May 3rd to Monday, May 6th.
Inquiries received during the above period will be answered in the order they are received between Tuesday, April 30th and Thursday, May 2nd, or starting from Tuesday, May 7th.
*Business hours (weekdays 11:00~18:00)
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, but please understand that if we receive a large number of inquiries, you may have to wait.
